We visited here once before on our son’s 10th birthday. He had an interest in cactus and succulent, and a pretty good collection for a kid his age, so it seemed fitting! And memorable. This year we got to see the spring bloom of the cactus. Which, I’ve always wanted to see. Enjoy!

Oh, and, instead of pink cherry blossoms there are these yellow blossoms all over the city, from Palo Verde trees.
