Ok. So, it was only for an afternoon and we didnt go far, but now we can officially say, we’ve been to Mexico. Lol. We parked and walked through the border patrol. It was safer to leave our vehicle behind because of auto theft. Then we walked past the plethora of pharmacies, dental offices and eyewear stores, through sidewalk markets full of cloths, jewelry and lawn decorations to a restaurant for lunch. All the while we were there Mexican’s would come up to ask us if we’d like to buy this or that. It was funny at first and then we had to tell them no more. Lunch was a bit fast foody Mexican with similar prices as in the USA and in American dollar. Lets just say, after conversion they were making a killing for really cheap food. $1USA equal to almost $21Pesos. Lol. It was still a fun experience.
